Challenge

Reputed SPA in Kuwait was looking for an interface which would connect all the therapists who wish to serve for them under a single platform. Client can access the application to book appointments with the available therapists. The challenge here was to provide them with a user-friendly mobile interface which can be easily accessed by the elderly people which can show the complete details of the therapist. Therapist also needs to promote their deals and offers in their limited space.

Our Solution

Our designers planned an effective application which is easily accessible and show the details of the therapy, offers and deals in an effective way. Customer satisfaction with the ease in use was the primary aim of the application and it has gained the customer satisfaction.
