Event Management team needed a mobile application which can ease their event management process with an effective customer interaction platform. They needed a client interface for posting their specifications and requests. A management interface where the organizers can plan their activities with registered suppliers.

We provided them with a cross platform android and iOS application which had various features from posting advertisements, monitoring activities, marketing, payments and checkouts, attendance management and finally customer relationship management.
Impact
event check in, guest list and seating are managed smarty and it reduced the time stuck in spreadsheets. Various event customization aids in faster event planning workflow and flexible team collaboration.
