Civil Industry in Kuwait faces a significant challenge to maintain their documents. They deal with hundreds of files each day and they live on papers. Searching of age-old documents is becoming tedious day by day. They needed a smart system to digitalize their old records and the upcoming new records under a single system and reduce paper.

Our Solution

Our team of researches formulated algorithm to store the huge data and simplified search techniques. Optical Character Reading (OCR) is used to read the documents and store them. Searches are done based on the content and meta data. Massive migration was planned for the old files.

Impact

Old contracts, drawings, approvals and documents are all digitalized. This helped the employees and management to access all the documents on a single search. Also, the security and authenticity of the files are also improved. Documents can be accessed at any time from any place across their entire project with the central storage system.
